User Activity Information: We collect data such as date and time, active software on your computer, active status from Windows, title information, browser URL information, and document name information.

If using Revit: Document name, document directory, organization name, organization description, building name, author, project issue date, project status, client name, project address, project name, project number, document view, document activity, document size, and ACC project status.

If using AutoCAD: Document name, document directory, layout/model name, and ACC project status.

By taking clear affirmative actions—such as uploading a photo to your Prodity account, entering notes, subscribing to a blog, or checking a designated checkbox during registration—you signify your consent to the processing of that Personal Data. For example, using the absence calendar to add "away time" reflects your consent to make this information available in your Prodity account. You have the right to delete this information and withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Prodity is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Only individuals aged 18 or older are authorized to create a Prodity account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. We will take prompt action to delete such information from our records within a reasonable timeframe.
